4. Towing and Safety

Towing involves significant safety considerations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle, trailer, hitch, coupler, ball mount, braking system, safety equipment, tires, and related components are properly rated, installed, maintained, and used.

Never exceed the ratings or limitations established by the vehicle, trailer, component, or equipment manufacturer.

Products should be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Professional installation should be used whenever appropriate.

Dayspring Trailers is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, overloading, modification, failure to maintain equipment, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. Orders may be canceled due to circumstances including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or other fulfillment issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
